060604 游水 :)

今日終於去游水喇 :D
差不多一年沒有真正做運動了, 壞習慣. 重來這個游泳池, 甚麼都沒變. 最喜歡是有播歌, 一個人去游, 停在池邊休息時亦覺寫意, 雖然今天播了一首九唔搭八的 Whitney Houston "I will always love you", 哈哈~
星期天, 所以有不少的小朋友在場, 還放了一個大吹氣浮台在池中. 不過好在水很清, 你知啦,,, 小朋友多, 就會多一份extra concern...~
游了 8個塘, 好疲喔... 我的蛙式仍然是很水皮, 手和腳不太協調, 又游得超慢~ 自由式又很疲.

這段時間在煲看 "鹿鼎記", 是 梁朝偉 x 劉德華的版本, 10個經典, 從沒看過. 這部書看過兩次, 但情節太多, 基本上都忘了. 首先兩個主角就選得中, 如果是陳小春 x 馬浚偉就熄電視啦. 梁朝偉天真開懷的笑容, 非常細路仔, 難以想像今日的型仔電眼淡淡微笑殺死人. 劉德華當年又比較自然, 不像現在的做作.
除了兩個主角, 還看到很多大明星年輕時的模樣. 七個老婆中, 最靚的是劉嘉玲吧, 吳君如在裡面竟也是美女, 真是@%*#$@!, 劇中商天娥才是最美的, 但我又唔係好buy, 最buy反而是毛舜君, 演小郡主幾可愛.
還有一些大配角, 哈哈哈, 劉青雲做完清兵又做天地會弟兄, 吳鎮宇做完神龍教守衛又做馬伕, 還有吳啟華, 吳孟逹, 許紹雄...... 一大堆.

ps 要離開游泳時, 在更衣室聽到 Sting "Englishman in New York", 即刻諗起Eason!
